The planting of 315 shade trees of the tipuana tipu species on Avenida Alcalde Vicente Pérez Devesa will be carried out for the well-being of the city' residents. The specimens of this species, of rapid growth, are corpulent, can reach 18 meters and are recognized by their characteristics yellow flowers. Its use is recommended in wide streets, avenues and walks for its easy accommodation to most types of soil.

It has been financed the total cost of trees that in a few weeks will replace those that have been planted since the opening of the road and have not finished acclimatizing. In fact, many of these specimens have died and practically none have adapted to the conditions of the terrain. With the new tipuanas, the avenue will be provided with a new shaded area, which will allow its better use and enjoyment by all citizens.
