The XI Paella Days comes to Benidorm to highlight the local gastronomy, enhancing the typical dishes of our city that have traditionally been cooked with the main ingredient "rice" and combined with "fish and seafood" from the bay and/or "meat and sausages" from the mountains near Benidorm.
Vegetables such as pumpkin, ñora or spinach are used to represent the ingredients of the garden. These rice dishes are combined with starters, wines and desserts that guarantee a tasty, complete and balanced meal typical of Benidorm.
